Elizabeth and Molly Heyerly were raised in Sonoma where they learned to appreciate the valley's boumtiful abundance. Some day's before the sun came up, you would find them picking berries in their father's garden. Meals with family and friends were a regular occurrence at the Hyerly home. Constant maintenance and upkeep of the garden and tending to family pets and farm animals was just a part of everyday life.

Molly's passion for the curlinary arts started at a young age as she stood on a stool beside her grandmother baking pies and breads and preparing family meals. She started cooking professional at fourteen at a local catering company where she gained a lifetime of experience. A degree from the Culinary Institue of America in Hyde Park, New York followed high school. Molly has established herself working for some of California's finest restaurants and catering companies. Her decision to move back ot Sonoma was welcomed.

Elizabeth grew up surrounded by great food and wine. She started working in restaruants in high school in both the "front" and "back' of the house. Her love of the great outdoors and its activities moved her around the country and working in restaurants made that possible. The appreciation and knowledge she has gained for food, service, and entertainment has turned a way of living into a passion.

The Heyerly sisters and with the help of their parents Wayne and Martha, put their dream into action. Rocket Catering and Cafe. The goal is to offer to each client: delicious, local, seasonal and wholsomely prepared food with quality and friendly service, and to continue to grow artistically and professionally.
